Somehow a remote from my suburban was gone and after searching for a month, It was a fact that it had disappeared for good. Called Jennifer, got an appointment the next day, as they had one in stock. Now, I can travel without worry.

Maintenance was performed on truck, flushing radiator and troubleshooting/repairing low coolant sensor and oil change. Work was performed but believe they charge to much time on repairs. $881 for flushing a radiator and changing coolant reservoir is way to much. $215 dollars an hour is a steep price for time. Wonder how much they really pay the mechanic and how much Pollard collects. Mechanic did his/her job, but charge for work is outrageous.

Oil change was completed timely.

Salesperson was friendly and very good with information on the vehicle.

I was taken care of promptly and I cannot say I have ever had a bad experience. I won’t take my truck anywhere else. Your service people know my truck and I never have to worry about something being overlooked. I would recommend Pollard to anyone looking for exceptional service.

It is so easy now to get all my needs met in the fewest trips thanks to Sheryl Cunningham. She talks to you in a friendly manner and finds out what you need for your vehicle and makes you feel comfortable. She is the reason I bought my tires and my extended warranty at Pollards. Great service

I always feel welcome at Pollard. Jennifer and Sheryl go out of their way to make me comfortable while I wait for an oil change, etc. This time, They moved me from the waiting room where it was quite warm to their more comfortable offices without my having to ask.

It was a good experience, very helpful.
